Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
